It was a tasty night here at the Smith house! It all started from the fact that I had some Mahi Mahi and couldn’t decide what to do. After searching Pintrest of course for some visual inspiration we created a flavorful dinner that we will DEFINITELY be having again!
Tropical Fruit Salsa
Recipe from Food.com
Start off by making the salsa and let it sit in the refrigerator while you grill. 4 (8oz) Mahi Mahi fillets and rub them with the jerk seasoning. When grilling your mahi mahi be careful not to over cook the fish or it will become tough. Place the fillets on a clean hot grill either on top of aluminum foil or you can lightly oil the grill. Cook until the flesh changes color and carefully flip it over. Make sure to cook it until it reaches 145 degrees, it is opaque white and has a flakey texture.
